早期乳腺癌保乳术联合术中放疗的疗效与美容效果分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析对早期乳腺癌病人实行早期乳腺癌保乳术(BCS)联合术中放疗治疗的效果。方法在我院治疗的早期乳腺癌病人中选取88例作为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组,各44例。对A组实行BCS与术中放疗,对B组病人实行BCS与术后常规放疗,对比两组病人并发症的发生情况及美容效果。结果术后,A组病人并发症发生率(4.55%)低于B组病人(27.27%);术后1年,A组病人乳房美容效果优良率(86.36%)高于(63.64%),差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论对早期乳腺癌病人实行BCS联合术中放疗,可有效减少病人术后并发症的发生,增强术后病人乳房美容效果,疗效显著,值得推广。
