摘要
本文介绍了黄曲霉毒素M_1的性质、产生、危害、国内外的限量标准以及集中常用的黄曲霉毒素M_1的检测方法,并对几种常用的检测方法进行实验结果分析。通过对检出限、灵敏度及回收率等实验结果比较,综合前处理过程的环保安全性、过程繁琐情况及投资成本,提出该几种常用方法的优缺点,分析目前几种方法在检测黄曲霉毒素M_1的应用中存在的问题。结合我国目前发展需要和常用检测方法的运用情况,提出将目前常用几种方法互补联用,研究廉价快速的检测试纸是未来工作的重点和今后发展的方向。
This paper introduces the harm of Aflatoxin M_1 and AFM_1limits, both at home and abroad, and several common methods used for the detection of Aflatoxin M_1, and be analyzed the experimental results of the above methods are analyzed. By comparing the detection limit,sensitivity and recovery, environmental safety, process complexity and investment cost of integrated pre process, the advantages and disadvantages of several common methods are proposed,analyzing the problems existing in these methods. According to China＇s current development needs and common test methods of application, is proposed to be the focus of future work and the direction of development in the future, is the study of a can combine the advantages of several current method, and the price is cheap, fast detection speed new method.
