摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定乳及乳制品中11种常用人工合成色素的方法。通过加入适量沉淀剂除去样品中蛋白质后,经氨水甲醇溶液提取,混合型聚酰胺固相萃取柱净化浓缩后,采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,用二极管阵列检测器多波长检测。回收率在92.0%~103.5%,精密度(RSD)为1.89%~3.96%,检出限在2.0~15.0 ug/kg。该方法可用于乳及乳制品中人工合成色素的日常检测。
A method for Simultaneous determination of 11 kinds synthetic colorants in milk and dairy products by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established. Protein in milk and dairy products were mostly eliminated by the precipitators, extracted with ammonia-methanol, purified and enriched by WAX extraction cartridges, separated on C18 column with a mixed solution of acetonitrile-0.02mol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase by gradient elution, and detected with a photo-diode array detector. The recovery were 92.0%~103.5%,the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 1.89%~3.96%, the minimum detectable values were 2.0~15.0 ug/kg. This method can be used for the routine analysis of synthetic colorants in milk and dairy products.
