双丝CMT焊接参数对1561铝合金焊接接头力学性能和组织的影响 被引量:5

摘要 铝合金船舶的高效焊接是船舶制造发展的重要方向。文中针对8 mm厚的1561铝合金开展双丝CMT焊接试验,通过扫描电镜、金相、显微硬度、拉伸试验等方法研究了焊接参数对焊接接头性能和组织的影响规律。结果表明,在1561铝合金双丝CMT焊接过程中,焊缝熔深随着前丝焊接电流的不断增大而增加,但熔宽和余高增加到一定程度后出现下降;随着后丝焊接电流升高,熔深、熔宽和余高均增加。低焊接热输入量,有利于获得高强度和高断后伸长率的焊接接头,有效控制热影响区的范围和焊接接头的软化。性能优良的焊接接头中弥散分布着强化相(Fe Mn)Al_6。 Efficient welding is an important direction of development of aluminum alloy shipbuilding. In this paper,the 8 mm thick 1561 aluminum alloy was welded by TWIN CMT welding. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints were studied by SEM,metallurgical tests,microscopic hardness test and tensile test. The results show that with the increasing of the front welding current,the weld penetration is always increased,while weld width and reinforcement firstly increase and then decrease. All the weld penetration,weld width and reinforcement increase with the increase of the latter welding current. the weld joint at low welding heat input not only obtains high strength and elongation,but also can effectively control the heat-affected zone and the softening range. The dispersed strengthen phase(( Fe Mn) Al_6) is the main feature of goo welded joints.
