摘要
酸洗钢因成本低、表面质量高、成形性能好等优势日益受到汽车生产商的青睐。然而,目前针对酸洗钢中频直流伺服点焊工艺的研究很少。文中以2.3 mm厚热轧酸洗钢SAPH440为研究对象,研究了其电阻点焊焊接窗口,采用金相观测、显微硬度测量、拉剪测试和十字拉伸测试等方法,全面评价了该种钢材的电阻点焊性能,发现该种钢板焊接窗口宽达3.5 k A,在大电流下可以获得纽扣断裂失效模式,而且十字拉伸强度相对拉剪强度衰减较小,表现出了优异的焊接性。
Pickled steels have gained increasing attention from automobile manufacturers for their low cost,high surface quality and good formability. However,there is little research on mid-frequency direct current servo spot welding process of pickled steels. In this paper,resistance spot welding of 2. 3 mm thick SAPH440 hot-rolled pickled steel was studied. The weldability of the steel was comprehensively evaluated through metallographic observation,microhardness test,lap shear test and biaxial tensile test. It was found that the welding range was 3. 5 k A,and button fracture was obtained at high welding current. The biaxial tensile strength was also decreased less than lap shear strength. The pickled steel showed excellent weldability.
