正交试验选择纤维素乙醇废水与粪便共发酵产沼气的最优发酵条件 被引量:2

Selection of optimum fermentation conditions for waste water from the production of cellulosic ethanol co- fermented with feces to produce biogas using orthogonal experiment

摘要 为了增加农业废弃物秸秆能源化利用中的产业链,试验以纤维素乙醇生产中的废水为原料进行沼气二次能源化潜能研究,采用室内模拟废水与动物粪便混合厌氧发酵工艺,利用5因素4水平的正交试验进行试验设计,选取发酵过程中p H值、装罐率、氮源种类、总固体(Ts)、菌液含量进行5因素4水平的正交试验,以探究5个主要影响因素对厌氧发酵过程影响的主次关系。结果表明:在37℃条件下最优试验方案为接种量为20%、p H值为8、装罐率为90%、总固体含量为12%、氮源为10%的牛粪。 To increase the industrial chain in the energy utilization of agricultural waste stalks, and study the secondary potential energy of biogas using the waste water from the production of cellulosic ethanol as material, an indoor test was conducted to simulate the anaerobic fermentation technique using waste water mixed with animal feces. The orthogonal experiment was designed with five factors and four levels. The five factors including pH value, canning rate, types of nitrogen source, total solid ( Ts), and the content of bacteria liquids were selected for the orthogonal experiment to investigate the major and minor relationship of the effects of five main influencing factors on the anaerobic fermentation process. The results showed that the optimal experimental condition under the condition of 37 ℃ was the inoculum dose of 20%, and pH value of 8, canning rate of 90%, total solid content of 12%, and cow dung of 10% as the nitrogen source.
