摘要
运用问卷调查等研究方法,对苏北地区经营性健身俱乐部消费者阶层进行研究。研究表明苏北地区经营性健身俱乐部健身消费者以企事业员工、管理人员、学生为主,消费群体分为低收入阶层、中产阶层和高收入阶层,女性积极性高于男性,高中及中专以下学历比硕士以上学历的健身活动时间少,消费水平平均分布在201~1 400元;健身消费的主要目的是增强体质,增进健康,俱乐部的硬件设施有待提高,健身消费者购买决策的主要因素是品牌效应。
Using questionnaires and other research methods,this paper researches northern Jiangsu fitness club customer stratification. Results show that customers of northern Jiangsu fitness clubs are mainly consist of stuffs,managers and students,covering lower,middle and high income classes. Females are more active than males.Exercise time of participants who holds high school and below degrees are less than master and above degree holders. The average consumption distributes between 201 to 1400 RMB. The main purpose is to enhance physical fitness level and promote health. Club's facilities needs to be improved. The main factors for decisions making is brand effect.
