摘要
研究云母改性涤纶纤维的常规性能和热湿性能。在测试分析云母改性涤纶纤维常规性能的基础上,重点研究了云母改性涤纶纤维的热学性能、降温性能和吸放湿性能。结果表明:与普通涤纶纤维相比,云母改性涤纶纤维细度不匀较大、断裂强度较小,在织造过程中应注意控制张力、减少断头;其制品耐用性与尺寸稳定性较好;差示扫描量热曲线与普通涤纶纤维存在一定差异,在织造、染整等加工过程中的温度控制与普通涤纶丝相似;降温性能、吸放湿性能均优于普通涤纶纤维。认为:云母改性涤纶纤维适合开发夏季凉爽型纺织品。
General properties and thermal moisture property of mica modified polyester fiber were studied. Based on the test and analyses of general properties for mica modified polyester fiber,the thermal property,cool- ing property and moisture absorption & desorption property of mica modified polyester fiber were focused. The test results show that the unevenness of fiber fineness for mica modified polyester fiber is bigger, the breaking strength is smaller when compared with common polyester fibers. In weaving process, attention should be paid to control tension and reduce break ends. The products made with it have higher durability and better dimensional stability. There are some differences in the differential scanning calorimetry curve compared with common polyes- ter. The temperature in the processes of weaving and dyeing is similar with that of common polyester fibers. The cooling property and moisture absorption & desorption property are both better than those of common polyester fibers. It is considered that mica modified polyester fiber is suitable for the development of cool textile products for summer.
