摘要
微环境是教师被卷入其中的微观教育生活空间,是与教师身心距离最近且直接决定着教师专业发展路线、维度和水平的事件、人士、事物、关系等有机关联而成的因素综合体。学院微环境参与卓越教师专业发展的特殊途径是:发展情境智能与催生好教育愿景。促进卓越教师专业成长的微环境建构之路是:微环境要素的精选与监控、微环境生态系统的经营与模拟与建立学习者中心的学院微环境。
Micro-environment is a kind of microcosmic educational life space in which teachers are involved. It is the nearest mix of a lot of related factors such as events, people and matters encompassing normal students, which determined the route, dimensions and level of teacher development. The path of college getting into the development of outstanding teachers is to develop their contextual intelligence and create good educational vision. The unique paths of constructing micro-environment to facilitate outstanding teacher's professional development are selecting and controlling the micro-environment, managing and imitating the micro-environmental ecosystem, and creating the student-centered college micro-environment.
