摘要
高校艺术设计人才社会主观能动意识的培养,关键在于对社会客观发展要求的有效满足。通过社会实践教育模式所具有的功能性与作用性价值,对高校人才进行社会责任意识的渗透、社会价值取向的积极引导以及社会意识形态认知心理的积极转变,促使高校艺术设计人才社会主观能动性得到深层激发,并最终形成社会主观能动性思维。总而言之,深入贯彻社会实践教育路线所具有的内在作用与影响,全面激发高校艺术设计人才社会引导、指向服务功能,最终为构建高校艺术设计职业化发展打下坚实的基础,已成为培养社会主观能动意识的根本性路径。
The effective satisfaction for social objective development is the key to cultivation of the social subjective initiative consciousness of college artistic designing talents. Due to the functional and effective values of the social practical education pattern,it is necessary to infiltrate the consciousness of social responsibility into college personnel and guide their orientation of social value effectively so that their cognitive psychology can be changed positively. If the social subjective initiative consciousness of college artistic designing talents could be motivated by the social practical education,their subjective initiative mind can be developed finally. In a word,in order to construct the strong basic for the new normal of college artistic designing professional development,this paper proposed some basic ways to cultivate the subjective initiative consciousness of college artistic designing talents such as implementing the social practical education and infiltrating the social guidance and the service pointer function comprehensively and so on.
