加强多学科协作,规范化诊治特发性正常压力脑积水 被引量：1

摘要 特发性正常压力脑积水（iNPH）作为一组无明显诱因的特发临床综合征，以步态障碍、认知障碍和尿失禁三联征为主要表现。1965年Hakim及Adams等首先提出正常颅压力脑积水（NPH）综合征的概念，其临床表现除了三联征，同时还有脑室扩大，腰穿脑脊液压力正常。近年来，越来越多的国内外神经科学界工作者关注和研究此病。国内多个医院也在开展iNPH的外科治疗工作。但是仍然有众多需要共同面对的问题。
