摘要
建立水蒸汽蒸馏法提取-高效液相色谱法测定橡胶中甲醛的方法。橡胶剪碎后,用蒸馏水浸泡24 h,然后采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取,高效液相色谱法进行测定。考察了蒸馏时间对甲醛提取效果的影响,优化了高效液相色谱法测定的条件。水蒸汽蒸馏提取30 min可完全提取出橡胶中的甲醛,用V(乙腈)∶V(水)=60∶40为流动相、流速设为0.8 m L/min、检测波长设为350 nm的高效液相色谱条件进行测定,用该方法检测超市、批发市场及橡胶生产厂家的橡胶样品,测定得到的甲醛含量分别为27.2、28.4和30.2 mg/kg。添加8-80 mg/kg的甲醛标准液回收率为85.4%-105.2%,相对标准偏差为1.7%-3.4%。水蒸汽蒸馏法提取-高效液相色谱法测定橡胶中甲醛,具有样品预处理简单、灵敏度高、分析时间短等优点,适用于橡胶中甲醛的测定。
To establish a method for formaldehyde determination by water distillation-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Shredded rubber soaked in distilled water after 24 h,formaldehyde in rubber were collected by water distillation and determined by HPLC.The different extraction time were compared and chromatographic conditions were optimized.Formaldehyde can be completely extracted by water distillation in 30 minute.The chromatographic conditions included mobile phase:acetonitrile and water(60∶ 40),flow rate 0.8 m L/min and wavelength 350 nm.This method was used to detect rubber samples in supermarkets,wholesale markets and rubber manufacturer.Determination of formaldehyde was obtained 27.2,28.4 and 30.2 mg/kg.The recovery were in 85.4% - 105.2% by adding 8 - 80 mg/kg of formaldehyde standard level,the relative standard deviation was1.7% - 3.4%.This method is simply rapid,sensitive and cheap for directly determining formaldehyde in rubber.
