摘要
教师个人课程观的确立,是促进课程发展的核心因素。调查发现,我国中小学教师在总体上没有从传统的课程观中走出来,真正独立的个人课程观还没有完全形成。在过程哲学思想的指导下,唤醒教师的课程意识,建构一种个人有机课程观,使教师真正能成为课程发展的主体,是促进课程改革向实践纵深推进的必由之路。
Constructing teachers' personal curriculum viewpoint is the core factor of curriculum development.The investigation reveals that primary and secondary school teachers in China haven't got rid of the traditional perspective of curriculum on the whole,and an independent personal curriculum outlook hasn't formed yet.Under the guidance of process philosophy,the only way to deepen curriculum reform is to arouse teachers' curriculum consciousness,build an organic viewpoint and make teachers become the principle part of curriculum development.
