摘要
接缝病害是机场水泥混凝土道面的常见病害,对运行安全和道面美观都有显著影响。以浦东机场第三跑道工程为依托,提出了接缝倒角技术。通过采用有限元软件进行数值模拟,揭示了接缝倒角技术的作用机理。对浦东机场第三跑道投入运行1年的监测数据表明:接缝倒角可有效减少接缝病害的产生,同时不会影响道面的摩擦系数,且接缝倒角带来的经济效益显著大于增加的工程成本。
Joint disease is a common disease of airport concrete pavement,which has a significant impact on the airport's surface appearance and operational safety. Taking the third runway of Pudong Airport as the basis project, the author puts forward the airport cement concrete pavement 's joint chamfers technology,and uses the finite element software for numerical simulation to reveal the mechanism of the joint chamfers technology. The third runway of Pudong Airport into operation shows that the joint chamfers can effectively reduce the generation of joint disease,and don't reduce the road surface friction coefficient,and the joint chamfers bring significant economic benefits greater than the construction cost.
