摘要
目的探讨血浆BNP水平在心力衰竭诊断、治疗以及预后中的应用价值。方法根据美国NYHA心功能分级标准选取我院90例慢性心力衰竭患者,测定不同心功能患者血浆中的BNP含量、左室舒张末期内径及左心室射血分数。结果血浆BNP水平与心功能的分级密切相关,血浆BNP水平与左室舒张末期内径呈正相关,与左心室射血分数呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆BNP水平能较好的反映心力衰竭患者的左室功能,是慢性心力衰竭诊断、治疗及预后的有效指标,在临床的应用上有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the application value of BNP in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） Methods 90 cases of CHF patients according to NYHA heart function classification in our hospital were selected, and their plasma BNP level, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction were examined. Results The plasma BNP level was closely related to heart function classification, positively correlated to left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, and negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma BNP level can reflect left ventricular function in patients with heart failure, it＇s an effective indicator for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of CHF, which is important in clinical application.
