不同邻面成形系统对后牙邻面洞树脂修复的临床应用评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价Palodent分段式成形系统和环周成形系统对后牙邻面洞树脂修复的临床应用效果。方法将纳入标准的200个邻面洞随机分为试验组和对照组,分别在充填时使用Palodent和环周成形系统。充填后即刻检查充填体悬突、外展隙形态、边缘嵴形态,用牙线检查邻接触区恢复情况;术后1个月问卷调查舒适度。结果 2组在悬突发生率上无统计学差异(P>0.05),试验组在外展隙形态、边缘嵴形态、邻接触区恢复和舒适度上均优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对后牙邻面洞进行树脂修复时,Palodent分段式成形系统优于环周成形系统。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of Palodent sectional and circumferential matrix systems.Methods 200 molars or pemolars with ocelsual-adjecent cavities which met with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into study group and control group, 100 per group. Cavities in two groups were filled, using sectional and ciremnferential matrix system, respectively. Anatomical shape, marginal ridge and proximal contact were evaluated immediately after cavity filling. Proximal contact was evaluated with dental floss. One month later, questionnaires were filled by patients to assess the comfort level. Results It was found that there was no difference on overhang indexe between two groups (P〉0.05). There were significant differences on indexes of Anatomical shape, marginal ridge, proximal contact and comfort level between the two systems (P〈0.05). Conclusion Palodent sectional matrix system is better than circumferential matrix system in occlsual-adjecent cavity restorations.
