双面喷射式加料机控制参数对片烟加料效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为完善双面喷射式加料工艺技术,探索影响双面喷射式加料效果的因素,采用单因素试验和正交试验的方法分析了双面喷射式加料机控制参数对片烟加料效果的影响。结果表明:1在试验范围内,随着HT蒸汽压力的增加,加料均匀系数呈降低趋势,有效利用率呈先升高后降低趋势;随着摊薄皮带电机频率、料液引射压力、出料网带电机频率、排潮风机频率的增加,加料均匀系数及有效利用率均呈先升高后降低趋势。2较适宜的加料参数组合为:HT蒸汽压力0.1 MPa、摊薄皮带电机频率32 Hz、料液引射压力0.20 MPa、出料网带电机频率43 Hz、排潮风机频率30 Hz。3与传统的滚筒式加料相比,双面喷射式加料的加料均匀系数提高了约1.83%,料液有效利用率提高了13.57百分点。 To improve the technology and find out the factors influencing casing effect, the influences of control parameters in a double-sided injection casing machine on tobacco strip casing effect were tested with single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that: 1) Within the test range, casing uniformity coefficient decreased, while the effective utilization rate of casing increased first and then decreased with the increase of HT steam pressure; however, both of them increased first then decreased with the increase of casing injection pressure, and the frequencies of spreading belt motor, discharging screen belt motor and exhaust fan motor. 2) The preferable parameters were: HT steam pressure 0.1 MPa, casing injection pressure 0.2MPa, and the frequencies of spreading belt motor, exhaust fan motor and discharging screen belt motor 32, 30 and 43 Hz, respectively. 3) Comparing with cylinder casing, the casing uniformity coefficient and the effective utilization rate of casing of double-sided injection casing raised by 1.83% and 13.57 percentage points,respectively.
