儿童骨骺损伤的治疗及研究进展 被引量:7

Therapy and research progress of pediatric epiphyseal injury

摘要 骨骺是儿童骨骼特殊的结构,主要体现在其独特的血供、解剖结构及病理基础等特点。骨骺损伤在儿童骨骼损伤中较为常见,骨折、肿瘤、感染等均可引起骨骺损伤,不适当的治疗易导致儿童骨骺生长停滞或生长畸形等。骨骺损伤的治疗一直都十分困难,目前对于儿童骨骺损伤的治疗方案尚未达成共识。现针对儿童骨骺的病理学基础,骨骺损伤原因、机制及临床表现进行综述,总结相关的诊断治疗对策和处理原则,以期为儿童骨骺损伤临床治疗提供帮助。 The epiphysis is an unique structure in pediatric skeletons, which mainly reflect in its unique blood supply, anatomical structure, pathological basis and so on. Epiphyseal injury is common in children with skeletal injury. Fracture, tumor,infection can cause epiphysis injury, and inappropriate treatment is often easy to cause growth obstacle and skeletal deformity. Its treatment is relatively difficult. At present, there had not yet formed a consistent therapeutic strategy. Aiming at the pathobiologic basis, causes, mechanism and clinical manifestation of pediatric epiphyseal injury, now, its diagnosis, therapeutic strategy, the principle of treatment and the latest research progress were summarized, which would provide useful guidance for clinical treatment of pediatric epiphysis injury.
