摘要
农业科研单位是科技创新的源泉、成果研发的聚集地。探索了建立农业科研单位开展农技推广工作的新模式,并对该模式进行了运行机制优化,以期从政策上加以保障、管理上加以监督、培训上加以强化、资金上加以扶持,进而为我国多元化农业技术推广体系下农业科研单位发挥推广主力军作用提供决策参考。
Agricultural scientific research units are the source of scientific and technological innovation,the gathering place of the results of the research and development. The new pattern for agricultural scientific research units to carry out agricultural extension work was explored, and optimization of operating mechanism of new pattern was carried out,in order to protect from the policy,supervise from the management, strengthen from the training, support from the funds, then provide decision-making references for the agricultural research institutions to play the role of promoting the main force in the agricultural technology popularization system in China.
