摘要
甘蔗生产性亲本的评价是提高甘蔗新品种选育效率的关键环节,尤其是对创新性亲本的评价更为重要。文章采用灰色接近度分法、DTOPSIS分析法,对41份云瑞系列生产性创新亲本进行综合评价,结果表明:两种方法的评估值排序均超过对照种新台糖22号(ROC22,CK1)、粤糖93-159(YT93-159,CK2)的材料有27份,其中排在前8位的材料是:云瑞10-449、云瑞10-1040、云瑞10-619、云瑞10-297、云瑞10-147、云瑞10-1052、云瑞10-495、云瑞10-527,这些材料应是重点利用的亲本材料;综合评估值排序小于ROC22、大于粤糖93-159的材料有12份,其中云瑞10-595在DTOPSIS排序中未超过粤糖93-159,在灰色接近度排序中超过粤糖93-159,这些材料可作为进一步观察的材料;2种方法的综合评估值排序均小于对照种ROC22、粤糖93-159的材料有2份,可考虑淘汰。2种分析方法中排序相同和相差1位的材料共有34份,占43份参试材料(含2对照)的79.1%,排序基本一致,其中,灰色接近度的区分度是0.1304,DTOPSIS的区分度是0.6098。综合评估结果与材料表现基本一致。
Evaluation of sugarcane productive parents was the key step for raising effect of sugarcane breeding,especially,for new innovation parents. Forty-one productive innovation parents of Yunrui10 series were analyzed by the grey closeness degree and the DTOPSIS(Dynamic technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution). The results showed that there were 27 pre-parents which two evaluation values both exceeded Xintaitang22(ROC22,CK1) and Yuetang93-159(YT93-159,CK2),and of the top 8 were Yunrui10-449,Yunrui10-1040,Yunrui10-619,Yunrui10-297,Yunrui10-147,Yunrui10-1052,Yunrui10-495,Yunrui10-527. These 27 pre-parents were key parents to use in future. Comprehensive evaluation values of 12 pre-parents were less than ROC22 but more than YT93-159,specially,Yunrui10-595 did not exceed YT93-159 for the DTOPSIS but exceed it for the grey closeness degree,so these pre-parents were as to be observed materials again. There were 2 pre-parents that were less than both ROC22 and YT93-159 and should be eliminated. The second,the order of the preparents was same or difference only one had 34 for two methods,which accounted for 79. 1 %. The orders of two methods were basically unanimous. The distinguish degrees of the grey closeness degree method and the DTOPSIS method were 0. 1304 and 0. 6098 respectively. The third,the evaluation values of the two methods were according to representation of the pre-parents.
