摘要
目的:为增强免费医学生职业认同,有效推进医学生免费教育,对免费医学生与非免费医学生的职业认同状况进行对比,在此基础上提出推进和完善免费医学生教育制度的建议。方法:2014年10月至2015年5月,使用里克特5点分法设计问卷并完成资料收集。结果:免费医学生与非免费医学生职业认同状况没有显著差异;不同年级医学生职业认同呈现由高而低的规律性变化等。结论:应通过强化职业教育,明晰责权意识;建立约束机制,严格学程管理;探索激励机制,适时调整政策等措施完善医学生免费教育制度。
Objective: To strengthen free medical students' professional identity, effectively promote the medical students free education, and put forward and improve the system of free medical students education through a comparative study of free medical and non-free medical students' professional identity status. Methods: Richter five points method was adopted to design the questionnaire and complete the data collection from October 2014 to May 2015. Results: Free medical and non-free medical students" professional identity status did not differ significantly, and different grade medical students" professional identity presented by the regular change from high to low. Conclusion: Responsibility consciousness should be clear through enhancing vocational education. Process management should be strict through establishing constraint mechanism. It's necessary to explore the incentive mechanism and to adjust policy timely to improve the system of free education for medical students.
