摘要
在我国煤矿事故中,由于瓦斯爆炸引起的安全事故而造成的人员伤亡和财产损失比例较大,事故的发生与矿井瓦斯气体浓度有关.为了解决矿井瓦斯气体监测点布置制约采矿进度的问题,采用红外甲烷传感器IR12BD为检测器件,JENNIC5319模块为控制与处理器件,构建了无线瓦斯传感监控系统.系统由瓦斯传感节点、井下中心站和井上上位计算机组成,中心站实现检测数据的发送及参数动态设定,通过上位计算机实时掌控节点状态,实现传感器数据的动态调整及修正.系统能够减少事故的发生,有效的保护财产和生命安全.
The safety accidents caused by gas explosion in coal mine accidents is a large proportion that resulted in casualties and property losses in China. The occurrence of the accident is related to the concentration of the gas in the mine. In order to solve the problem of mine gas monitoring point layout and control mining progress,the infrared methane sensor IR12 BD was used as the detection device,JENNIC5319 module as control and processor parts,that constructed wireless gas sensor monitoring system. This system is composed of the gas sensor node,the underground central station and the Inoue host computer. The central station can realize the transmission of the data and the dynamic parameters decided. With the host computer controlling the node state in real time that can realize the dynamic adjustment and correction of sensor data.The system can reduce the occurrence of accidents,and protect the safety of peoples' life and proper effectively.
