摘要
"以人为本,导研训验合一"是职业院校新教师培训的有效模式之一。该模式的关键是成立新教师培训团队,建立交流互动平台,开展形式多元的培训活动,建立新教师培训档案等。试行三年的培训模式成效较为显著,可操作性强,易于推广。
＂People-oriented and the unity of guidance, discussion, training and testing＂is one of the effective patterns of the teacher-oriented training in vocational colleges. The key factors of this pattern are forming the training teams, establishing the interactive platforms, planning various training activities and establishing training archives, etc. The training pattern, which is easily operated and applicable, has practiced for three years and achieved remarkable results.
