摘要
目的:利用德尔菲法构建一套中医适宜技术评估指标模型。方法:通过查询文献初步拟定中医适宜技术指标库,咨询30位来自2所医学高等院校、4所三级甲等医院及卫生行政系统的专家,通过两轮专家咨询确立中医适宜技术评估指标模型。结果:通过德尔菲专家咨询法确立了包括6个一级指标、13个二级指标和29个三级指标的中医适宜技术评估指标模型。结论:建立了较为完善中医适宜技术评估指标模型。
Objective： To build a comprehensive technology assessment index model suitable for TCM with Delphi method. Methods： First of all, an appropriate TCM technology database was preliminarily drafted on the basis of literature review. Then, the technology assessment index model suitable for TCM was established by two rounds of investigation, which were accomplished by a total of 30 experts from 2 medical colleges, 4 grade III-A hospitals and health administration institutions. Results： Through two rounds of expert consultation with Delphi method, the technology assessment index model suitable for TCM was determined, which contained 6 first-level indexes, 13 second-level indexes, 29 third-level indexes. Conclusion： A comprehensive technology assessment index model suitable for TCM has been established.
