不同病理类型甲状腺癌的超声诊断进展 被引量:18

摘要 在所有影像学检测方法中,超声被认为是最准确评估甲状腺结节特征的检查方法。人群中40%~50%无症状者有可触及或不能触及的甲状腺结节,大部分甲状腺结节为良性,5%~6.5%的结节为恶性。
