摘要
[目的]利用地热线提供热源原理,用温床进行芽苗砧嫁接。[方法]将电热温床温度控制在20~25℃,对油茶芽苗砧木进行催芽以及培育。[结果]冬季开始进行培育的芽砧苗,成活率达96%,各项数据均高于夏季培育的芽砧苗。[结论]可有效提高穗条利用率、缩短育苗时间、提早出苗、降低苗木成本。
[Objective] The aim was to provide seedling grafting on hotbed with electrically-heated-line principle. [Method] The camellia sprout rootstock was used to germinate with the temperature on 20~25℃ on electric hotbed. [Result] The sprout rootstock survival rate was 96% and the figures were higher than summer breedig. [Conclusion] The spike utilization rate was high. And the time of nursery was short. It could also reduce the costs.
