摘要
食物是人民的生存根本,食品安全是我国和谐社会建设的重要内容。但近几年关乎人民切身利益的食品却被曝出诸多安全问题,虽然相关部门已然着手治理,但是食品安全问题仍旧存在。基于此,主要研究食品质量检测技术的现状及发展,为保持市场稳定提出有效方案。
Food is people＇s survival fundamental, food safety is important content of harmonious society construction in our country. But in recent years, the vital interests of the people of food has been exposed many security problems, although the related department has set about governance, but food safety problems still exist. Based on this, this paper mainly studied the present situation and development of food quality testing technology, and putted forward effective solutions to maintain the market stability.
