摘要
为了进一步简化操作步骤,实现环境友好型检测操作,该文建立了家用微波炉-原子吸收光谱法用来测定稻谷中重金属镉。该文选用家用微波炉与干法灰化法两种前处理方法分别测定稻谷中的重金属镉,并对两种方法测定的结果进行精确度、灵敏度等指标的比较,发现家用微波炉方法在各个测量指标发面均优于干灰化法。该研究为基层实验室进行重金属镉测定提供了科学依据,具有一定的实际意义。
In order to further simplify the procedures, and realization of environmentally friendly testing operation, this paper established a microwave oven-atomic absorption spectrometry method to determinate the heavy metal cadmium in rice. This paper selected the microwave oven and dry ashing method two kinds of pretreatment methods to determinate heavy metal cadmium in rice, and the measuring precision and sensitivity index of the results of the two methods were compared, which found that household microwave oven method in each measurement was superior to dry ashing method. This research offers a scientific basis for determination of heavy metal cadmium for the laboratory, and has a certain practical significance.
