摘要
针对常规基于半导体帕尔帖效应产品的研发局限于利用其制冷效果,并面临散热问题,提出将制冷/制热效果都利用起来,实现空气能热水器和半导体冷箱能效互补,实现共生,提高两者的效能,既能解决空气能热水器在低温下空气能利用效果不明显的问题,又能解决半导体冰箱散热的问题,提高半导体冰箱制冷效果。
In view of the research and development of the conventional the semiconductor Parr effect products is limited to the use of its cooling effect,but its thermal effect is used as a heat dissipation problem to be solved.In this paper,the cooling and heating effects of which are used to achieve the energy efficiency of the air energy water heater and the semiconductor cold box.This can not only solve the effect of air energy water heater is not obvious at low temperature,but also solve the cooling problem of semiconductor refrigerator,and the cooling effect of semiconductor refrigerator is improved.
