摘要
使用高效液相色谱法测定葡萄中8种氨基甲酸酯农药(涕灭威亚砜、涕灭威砜、涕灭威、灭多威、克百威、3-羟基克百威、速灭威和仲丁威)的残留量。样品前处理采用乙腈提取、氨基柱净化,C18色谱柱分离、高效液相色谱仪-柱后衍生-FLD检测器分析检测,结果表明院8种氨基甲酸酯农药在30 min内得到良好的分离,线性相关系数r2为0.999 75~0.999 93,检测限达2.5~7.1μg/kg,当添加水平为0.5 mg/kg时,回收率范围为82.0%~101.2%。该方法快速灵敏,操作简单且效果显著。
Investigated a method for determination of 8 carbamate pesticides residue (including:Aldicarb sulfoxide,Aldicarb sulfone, aldicarb, methomyl, carbofuran, 3-hydroxy g Budweiser, Tsumacide and Bassa) in grape by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Using acetonitrile to extract, Amino to purify, C18 column to separate and detecting in HPLC-FLD detector.The results showed that 8 carbamate pesticides had fine separated in 30 minutes ,the linearly dependent coefficient r2 was between 0.999 75 and 0.999 93 ,detection limit was 2.5-7.1 μg/kg and the recovery range was 82.0%-101.2% when add level was 0.5 mg/kg.The method was rapid and sensitive, the operation was simple and the effect was remarkable.
