摘要
目的调查新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院（以下简称＂我院＂）2010~2014年女性住院患者的疾病构成,为进一步研究提供基线资料。方法提取我院病案数据库2010~2014年女性患者的住院资料,按照国际疾病分类（ICD-10）对出院第一诊断进行分类,数据输入Excel 2010,采用Stata 12.0对患者的一般资料、第一诊断、住院天数等进行统计分析。结果我院2010~2014年共收集女性住院患者共209 789例。女性住院患者疾病包括19种系统疾病,排名前3位的疾病是循环系统疾病、肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病、呼吸系统疾病,排名前3位的疾病累计构成比为45.67%。排名前10位的疾病中60岁及以上年龄段患病人数最多。2010~2014年女性住院患者泌尿生殖系统排名前8位的疾病基本保持稳定,排名前3位疾病依次是女性盆腔器官炎性疾病、乳房疾患、肾衰竭。结论本研究分析了我院2010~2014年女性住院患者的疾病构成状况,揭示了不同年龄段的多发病,为后续研究提供了基础。
Objective To investigate female inpatient＇s diseases constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous（＂our hospital＂ for short） from 2010 to 2014, so as to provide baseline data for further research. Methods The data of female patients were collected from medical records data base of our hospital. Then the diseases were classified according to ICD-10 based on first diagnosis. The data including basic information, first diagnosis, hospitalization days and so on were input using Excel 2010 software, and statistical analysis was performed using Stata 12.0 software. Results From 2010-2014, 209 789 cases of patients were selected. The disease spectrum included19 categories, the top 3 systematic diseases were diseases of the circulatory system, musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases, and pulmonary disease, the top 3 of accumulation constituent ratio was 45.67%. In the top 10 of all diseases, the number of patients over 60 years was the most. In 2010-2014 top 8 urinary and reproductive system diseases rank remained stable in female inpatients, the top 3 diseases were female pelvic organs inflammatory diseases,breast disease, kidney failure. Conclusion This study analyzes female inpatient＇s disease constitution in our hospital from 2010 to 2014, reveals the frequently-occurring disease of different ages, in order to provide baseline data for further research.
