摘要
目的研究动脉内栓塞对膀胱癌晚期患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月至2014年6月在我院接受治疗的膀胱癌晚期患者30例,均采取动脉内栓塞治疗,统计治疗前后的血尿、腹痛等情况,并进行体能评分,跟踪并统计患者在手术后半年的生存率。结果 30例患者均成功进行动脉内栓塞术,成功率均为100%,半年后随访生存率为56.67%;30例患者在治疗后血红蛋白水平明显高于治疗前,腹痛评分和体能评分明显小于治疗前,且在治疗后出现尿路梗阻、血尿、重度腹痛的患者明显下降。结论动脉内栓塞治疗对膀胱癌晚期控制血尿、降低腹痛等效果较好,能够延长生存时间,提高生存质量,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intra arterial embolization in the treatment of patients with bladder cancer. Methods A total of 30 patients suffered bladder cancer were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014. All patients were treated with intra arterial embolization,the hematuria and abdominal pain of patients were analyzed,and the survival rate of the patients in the first half year after the surgery was followed and analyzed. Results All the 30 cases were successfully performed arterial embolization,the success rate was 100%,the half year survival rate was 56. 67%. After treatment,hemoglobin level was significantly higher than that before treatment,abdominal pain score and p Hysical score was significantly lower than that before treatment（ P 0. 05）,the occurrence of urinary obstruction,hematuria and serious abdominal pain decreased. Conclusions In the treatment of patients with bladder cancer,arterial embolization is very favorable for controlling the symptoms of hematuria,abdominal pain and other symptoms,which can prolong the survival time and improve the quality of life.
