摘要
在装备测试性工程中,总体方案设计与测试任务和指标分解十分重要,但在实践中,一些装备顶层设计不到位,总承制方缺乏有效地监控和管理,导致分承制方的设计各自为政,后续集成设计难以开展;指标分配未能结合总体方案,出现分配指标过高达不到或指标过低没有约束力等尴尬局面。文章针对上述问题,提出了测试性方案与分配一体化设计架构,认为:测试性分配需综合考虑系统集成性以及下级单元的技术特点和能力,予以"视情分配";对一些故障的测试可由总承制方考虑,包括对系统集成故障以及组成单元中难以自测的故障;当测试性方案把这些测试任务明确下来,分配时就只需考虑剩余故障的测试。文章最后给出了考虑系统级测试性方案的测试性分配方法,并用案例检验了方法有效性。
Testability scheme and allocation are very important in testability engineering. But in fact, there are several problems in some equipment's practice such as sub-contractors design without coordination, and system integration is difficult to implement since there is lack of top design and process management, and testability allocation is unreasonable since the indexes are allocated without considering top scheme. To solve these problems, an integrated design method of testability scheme and al ocation is presented.Firstly, testability allocation should depend on conditions of system integration and units' characters; secondly, the general contractor should design such tests as to detect system integration faults and unit's faults that are difficult to detect by itself; thirdly, testability allocation should consider remain faults' tests since the others are determined in system testability scheme,and fi nally, an novelty allocation algorithm is presented and an experiment is applied to verify its validity.
