摘要
本科教学工作状态评估是高校内部对本科教学工作状态进行的评估,大部分高校以学院或院系本科教学工作状态评估的形式开展。本科教学工作状态评估是学校自我评估的重要组成部分之一。本科教学工作水平评估的影响、教育行政主管部门政策导向和高校内部教学质量保障的需要是其产生的背景,武汉大学和厦门大学是其发展的两种主要类型。高校自我评估的良性发展要求高校正确认识自我评估、探索符合学校特点的自我评估方式、建立教学基本状态数据常态监测、推动教学基层组织和一线师生的积极参与。
Working Status Evaluation of Undergraduate Teaching is one kind of evaluation which focuses on working status of undergraduate teaching organized by universities. Most working status evaluation of undergraduate teaching acts as working status evaluation of department. It's an important part of university self- evaluation. The national undergraduate teaching evaluation,provincial policy guiding and inner need of building teaching quality guarantee system make working status evaluation of undergraduate teaching come into being. Wuhan University and Xiamen University are two distinctive developing models for working status evaluation of undergraduate teaching. Good self- evaluation of undergraduate teaching in universities needs recognizing the importance of self- evaluation,exploring the models of self- evaluation models according to universities' characteristics,building daily data monitoring of teaching basic status,and encouraging teachers and students to actively participate in basic teaching organizations.
