摘要
渭北油田埋藏浅,存在压裂液难破胶、裂缝形态难识别、压后返排困难等压裂施工难点,前期压裂改造效果较差。为渭北油田规模化开发做准备,通过低温破胶、调整稠化剂浓度、预判裂缝形态、优化设计参数、优选分压工艺等一系列整体压裂优化,形成了超浅层致密油藏压裂工艺技术体系。现场试验69口井136层次,一次施工成功率达91.1%,施工有效率为93.5%,压后试油初期平均日产油2.6 t,取得了良好的改造效果。
As an ultra-low permeability reservoir,there exist fracturing treatment difficulties in gel breaking,fracture morphology identification and fluid flowing back,so the fracturing effect was bad in the early days. In preparation for the large-scale development of Weibei oilfield,fracturing technology of ultra shallow tight oil reservoir was obtained through integral fracturing optimization,such as low temperature gel breaking,thickener concentration,prediction of fracture morphology identification,optimized design parameters and optimal partial pressure process,etc. Field test was carried out in 69 wells and 136 layers,the primary success rate was 91. 1% and treatment efficiency was 93. 5%. The average production per well was 2. 6 t in formation testing period and achieved favorable stimulation results.
