巨噬细胞极化的转录调控及其对相关疾病影响的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 巨噬细胞作为固有免疫和适应性免疫的重要组成成分,在全身的新陈代谢、血管形成、细胞凋亡和抗肿瘤等方面具有重要的调节作用,这与其可塑性和异质性有关联。当受到环境刺激时,巨噬细胞可分化成具有不同功能的表型(即极化)。由于巨噬细胞极化对相关疾病的发生发展具有重要影响,调控巨噬细胞极化可为一些临床疾病的治疗提供方法,因此本文就巨噬细胞极化的转录调控及其与相关疾病的关系进行综述。
