摘要
目的研究综合护理干预对严重复合型颌面眼耳鼻咽喉头颈外伤患者的效果。方法选取广东省河源市和平县人民医院2012年7月至2015年7月中收治的60例严重复合型颌面眼耳鼻咽喉头颈外伤患者作为本次实验的研究对象。根据护理方式的差异,将60例患者平均分为两个小组,分别命名为研究组以及对照组,每个小组各30例患者,对照组的患者采取常规的形式进行护理,研究组则在其基础上为患者提供综合护理干预,待护理结束后,观察并比较两个小组的护理质量。结果通过不同手段的护理后,研究组患者(96.67%)总有效率明显高于对照组患者(90.00%),组间差异明显,具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论采用常规的护理手段加综合护理干预对严重复合型颌面眼耳鼻咽喉头颈外伤患者的效果显著,有利于提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上广泛的应用并推广。
Objective To research the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with severe complex maxillofacial and head and neck trauma. Methods 60 patients with severe complex maxillofacial and head and neck trauma and who accepted treatments in our hospital from July,2012 to July,2015 were taken as the research objects,and 60 patients were averagedivided into two groups according to the difference of nursing,while they were named as the study group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group. In the control group,they were treated with the routine nursing while in the study group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, they were treated with thecomprehensive nursing intervention. Then,after nursing,the nursing quality of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After different means of nursing,the total effective rate in the study group of 96. 67% which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 90%, and the difference between the groups had statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of conventional nursing intervention combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with severe complex maxillofacial and head and neck trauma are significant,which it is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
