摘要
介绍了滨水地区高层住宅的特点,以惠州江湾南岸超高层住宅区为例,从景观、户型、造型、布局等方面,阐述了滨江环境下超高层住宅的设计策略,旨在充分利用环境优势,创造出高水平的建筑。
This paper introduced the characteristics of high-rise residential in waterfronts area,taking the super high-rise residential areas in Huizhou Jiangwan south bank for example,from the landscape,house type,design,layout and other aspects,elaborated the design strategy of super high-rise residential under Binjiang environment,to fully use the environment advantages,created high level of construction.
