摘要
结合工作经验,分析了建筑工程施工阶段造价管理中存在的问题,从合同管理、工程变更控制、动态跟踪核对、提升管理人员素质等方面,阐述了施工阶段造价管理控制措施,从而提高工程项目的经济效益。
Combining with working experience,the paper analyzes the problems in the cost management of architectural projects,and illustrates the controlling measures for the cost management at the construction phase from the contract management,engineering alteration control,dynamic tracking check,and promotion of management personnel,so as to improve the economic benefits of engineering programs.
