摘要
高速切削机床床身是机床的支撑和核心部件,而床身系统静动态性能的优劣,直接影响着零件的加工质量.相比于铸铁材料,树脂聚合物材料能够满足高精度、高刚性、高阻尼性的要求,从而提高机床结构的动静态性能和稳定性.利用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench,以MK2110内圆磨床为原型,对铸铁床身和树脂聚合物床身进行静力学分析和模态分析,并对比和分析其性能特性,为研究树脂聚合物床身作为机床支撑件提供参考.
A high speed cutting machine tool bed is the support and core com ponent of machine dynam ic perform ances dire ctly afect the ma chining quality of the parts. Compared with cast iron materials, polym erm aterials can meet the requirem ents of hig hprecision, highrigidity and high damping, static perform ances of the machine structure and improve its stability . Using finite element analysis software of Ansys Workbench and MK2110 grinder bed as a prototype, this paper studies the static force and and resinous po lymerbed. The characteristics of the perform ances are compared and of polymer beds as a support tool.
