摘要
基于成都市公交车一条代表线路运行工况的调查分析结果,设计一套制动能量回收液压系统,在AMESim中建立了相应的模型,对系统的性能进行仿真研究。结果表明:采用变量泵/马达的系统较采用定量泵/马达的系统性能更优;公交车合成工况下,系统节能效率达到38.83%。
Based on the survey of city bus driving condition in a typical line in Chengdu city,a hydraulic system was designed to recover the energy wasted in frequent braking. In order to research the performance of the system,a simulation was proceeded in AMESim. The result shows system with variable displacement pump / motor can achieve better performance than system with fixed displacement pump / motor; in driving cycle,this system can get an energy-saving efficiency up to 38. 83%.
