摘要
通过对常见机械加工尺寸预报模型的特点分析,提出了一种等维递补灰色预报-等维递补动态指数平滑残差修正的预报模型GM(1,1)-S(α_t,s_(0.t)),并通过理论分析和实验验证等不同角度对该模型进行了研究。研究结果表明:该模型与传统预报模型相比具有较高的预报精度,为工件加工质量在线监控提供了理论基础和实践指导。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of the common mechanical machining dimension forecasting model,a prediction model was proposed of equal dimension grey prediction at filling vacancies in the proper order and equal dimension residual error correction of the dynamic exponential smoothing GM( 1,1)-S( α_t,s_(0.t)). The model was studied through different angles of theoretical analysis and experiments verification,and so on. The study results show that the model has higher prediction accuracy as compared with the traditional prediction model,which provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for online monitoring of the workpiece quality in machining.
