学生评教:重教还是重学?——基于我国30所高校学生评教指标的分析 被引量:16

摘要 高校学生评教活动作为高校内部教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,受到各高校普遍重视,并成为本科教学管理事务中的常规性工作。本研究对30所不同类型本科院校学生评教指标分析发现:从频数统计和排序的情况看,学生评教指标反映的主要是对教师教学及行为特征的评价,教学质量的衡量标准也主要是关注"教"得怎么样,而与学生的"学"及"学习效果"关联甚弱。因此,需要着力构建"以学习为中心"的学生评教体系,关注学生学习体验及结果,持续收集学生学习的证据,以促进教学质量提高与学生全面发展。 As an important part of the college internal teaching quality assurance system, students' rating of teaching activities has valued by all colleges and universities. It has become a routine in undergraduate teaching management. Through an analysis of the Teaching Indicators in students' rating of teachers at 30 institutions of higher education, the paper points out that from the frequency statistics and ranking, the student rating of teaching indicators emphasize teachers' teaching and behavioral characteristics. The indicator of teaching quality is mainly defined by "teaching" rather than by "learning" or "learning outcomes". Therefore, a "learningcentered" students' rating of teaching should be established, more attention should be paid to students' learning experience and outcomes, and evidence of student learning should be further collected in order to help improve teaching quality and students' comprehensive development.
