摘要
目的:玉屏风颗粒联合氯雷他定片治疗过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法:2012年9月—2013年10月来我院治疗过敏性鼻炎的患者76例,分成治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予氯雷他定片治疗,治疗组加用玉屏风颗粒治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者在疗效、复发率、临床症状缓解情况方面相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对过敏性鼻炎患者采用玉屏风颗粒联合氯雷他定片共同治疗,能有效地提高疗效,可推广应用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yupingfeng decoction combined with Loratadine Tablets on allergic rhinitis. Methods:76cases with allergic rhinitisadmitted to our hospital from September 2012 to October 2013 were divided into a treatment group and acontrol group. The patients in the treatment group were given loratadine tablets while the control group received Yupingfeng particles combined with loratadine tablets. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed after the treatment. Results: The comparison of efficacy, recurrence rate, clinical remission cases between the two groups were made and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yupingfeng granules combined with loratadine tablets can effectively improve the efficacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which can be widely applied.
