摘要
通过调研国内外文献,介绍了当前中国页岩气钻完井技术应用现状,阐述了页岩气钻完井技术面临的问题与挑战。目前页岩气开发主要以水平井为主,页岩气钻完井中主要应用的关键性技术包括井工厂技术、旋转导向技术、油基钻井液技术及固井技术。井工厂技术用最小的丛式井井场使井网覆盖区域最大化,为后期批量化钻井压裂施工奠定基础,还可节省地面工程;旋转导向技术在裂缝性储层、低渗透储层、薄油层等复杂储层中具有准确定向的优势;油基钻井液耐高温及抑制水敏性能好;漂浮下套管等固井技术大大提高了套管居中度和固井质量。以上关键技术在页岩气钻完井中取得的了良好的应用效果,为实现页岩气高效开发起到一定的支撑作用。
Through the investigation of domestic and abroad literatures,the current situation of shale gas drilling and completion technologies has been introduced,including problems and challenge faced by these technolologies. At present,shale gas development mainly depends on horizontal wells,the key technologies including well factory,rotary steerable technique,oil based drilling fluids and cementing are being applied to shale gas drilling and completion. Well factory technique is to use the smallest cluster well location covering the maximal area of the well pattern,so as to lay the foundation for the latter patch drilling and fracturing operation,and save the ground engineering; Rotary steerable technology has advantage of accurate oritation in the complex formations such as fractured reservoir,low permeability reservoir,thin oil layer and so on; Oil based drilling fluids are resistant to high temperature,with good inhibition to water sensitivity. Casing running with float coupling and cementing have greatly improved the casing centering and cementing quality. All the key technologies mentioned above have gained good results in shale gas well drilling and completion,and played an important role in developing shale gas efficiently.
