摘要
通过L-色氨酸料液的成分分析,选定YP-001、YP-002、YP-003、YP-004四种树脂对色氨酸微滤清液进行色谱分离。树脂筛选结果显示:树脂YP-004对料液中色氨酸、无机盐、糖的分离度最大,分离效果最为显著。收集液分析结果表明:色谱处理后色氨酸占干基比重的90%以上,比处理前提高了近1倍左右。
Based on the analysis of the components of L-tryptophan fermentation broth after micro-filtrate, four resins named YP-001, YP-002, YP-003 and YP-004 were selected for L-tryptophan separation. The results showed that YP-004 possessed the best separation performance for L-tryptophan, inorganic salt and sugar. The purity of tryptophan reached more than 90% after chromatographic separation, which was nearly 1 fold higher than that before chromatography.
