双拼组合角钢平面假设符合度与填板厚度关系的研究

摘要 输电铁塔中实腹式双拼组合角钢构件在两节点间需设置填板,GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》和DL/T5154—2012《架空输电线路杆结构设计技术规定》中,仅简要规定了填板设置上的构造要求,而对填板厚度设计要求及具体布置方式未做出说明和理论分析。通过梁的力学分析和有限元计算,研究双拼组合角钢填板厚度与横截面弯曲应力分布平面假设符合度的关系,获得不同填板厚度的双拼组合角钢横截面上的应力分布规律,其结果可为填板最佳厚度的设计提供理论依据。 The filler plate should be installed between the joints of solid-webbed dual-combined angle steel members of transmission tower. The Chinese Code for Design of Steel Structures( GB 50017—2003) and Technical Code for the Design of Tower and Pole Structures of Overhead Transmission Line( DL / T 5154—2012) only briefly put forward the detailing requirements for filler plates installation without the plate thickness design requirements and specific arrangement requirements. Through the mechanical analysis and finite element calculation of the beam,the relationship between the cross-section stress distribution plane assumption conformity and filler plate thickness of dual-combined angle steel was investigated,the stress distribution law of dual-combined angle steel cross section with different plate thickness was obtained. This paper could provide theoretical basis for the design of the optimum thickness of filler plate.
