摘要
针对某公司52万t/a尿素合成装置高尿素含量解吸废液直接排放会造成排污口总氮含量超标的问题,分析了将其用作脱硫装置工艺水或经污水站、中水站处理后回用的可行性,指出了二条回用途径的利弊,并据此提出相应的技改措施和建议。
Upon production operation for some company,it elaborated surplus of total nitrogen content resulted from direct drainage from high-urea desorption waste liquid,and analyzed for feasibilities about process water of desulphurization and cycle and utilization after treated at waste water station and neutralized water station;and pointed out advantages and disadvantages for two cycle and utilization approaches,as well as proposed for relevant technical measures and suggestion.
