摘要
游客满意度是衡量景区质量的关键性标准。本文以旅游活动"六要素"为基础构建研究框架,对甘肃省3家5A级景区游客满意度进行测量,得出各景区客源市场的差异性特征并对各景区游客满意度进行评测。在此基础上将影响游客满意度的因子降维为生活保障因子、体验提升因子、景区因子和交通因子。通过线性回归分析得出各因子对游客满意度影响程度依体验提升因子、生活保障因子、景区因子、交通因子的顺序降低的结论。本论文研究基于满意度评价指标体系为A级景区管理决策提供了重要的理论支持。另外,游客满意度因子排序对甘肃省旅游大景区建设具有借鉴意义。
Tourist satisfaction is the key criterion to measure the quality of scenic spots. In this paper, a research frame work for the evaluation of tourist satisfaction of three 5A-class scenic spots in Gansu province is formed, which is based on the six elements of tourism activities. And under this framework, the characteristics of tourist market for different sce nic spots are obtained, and the tourist satisfaction of each scenic spot is evaluated. By using the dimension reduction method, the factors of affecting the tourist satisfaction ultimately are broken down into the life support factor, the experi- ence factor, the scenic spot factor, and the traffic factor. By linear regression analysis, it is concluded that the impact de- gree of each factor on the degree of tourists~ satisfaction is in the order of the experience factor, the life support factor, the scenic spot factor, and the traffic factor. Based on the satisfaction evaluation index system, this paper provides an important theoretical support for the decision-making of top level scenic spot. In addition, the tourist satisfaction factor ranking has a reference significance for the construction of large scenic spots in Gansu province.
