摘要
目的:建立对间苯二酚苯酚洗剂进行微生物限度检查的方法。方法:采用常规法和培养基稀释法对细菌、霉菌及酵母菌进行回收率试验和方法学验证。结果:培养基稀释法对各菌的菌回收率均高于70%;控制菌验证试验中试验组结果均为阳性。结论:间苯二酚经稀释后抑菌活性可消除。采用培养基稀释法对间苯二酚苯酚洗剂的细菌、霉菌及酵母菌进行计数和控制菌检查,试验结果符合要求。建立的方法简便、可行、有效,可作为间苯二酚苯酚洗剂制剂的微生物限度检查方法。
Objective：To establish a method for resorcinol phenol lotion microbial limit test. Methods：Used the conventional microbial species method and the medium dilution microbial species detecting method by test the recovery of each test strains. Results：The recoveries were more than 70% by culture medium diluting method. Pathogenic bacteria in the test group to verify the test results were positive. Conclusion： Resorcinol can eliminate their antibacterial activity after dilution. Culture medium diluting method was used with counts bacterial, mold and yeasts, pathogenic bacteria test. The test results meet the requirements. The method is simple, effective and feasible and can be used for microbial limit test of Resorcinol phenol lotion.
